Macmillan Cancer Support Line
The Macmillan Support Line offers confidential support to people living with cancer and their loved ones. If you need to talk, we’ll listen.
Macmillan Buddies
If you need to talk, we're here to listen. With a weekly call or visit from one of our trained Macmillan Buddies, you don't have to face cancer alone.
Online HOPE programme

The online HOPE programme is a course designed to support people in developing techniques and strategies to manage aspects of living with cancer. Find out more and how to apply.
Information and support centres
If you or a loved one has cancer, our local Macmillan Cancer Support Centres are here for you. We take the time to get to know you face-to-face to find out what really matters to you and get you the right cancer support. Find personal cancer support from experts in your community, whatever you’re facing.
Local support groups

There are local cancer self-help and support groups across the UK.
Free counselling
Through Bupa, Macmillan are offering up to 4 free remotely-delivered counselling sessions for people struggling emotionally because they are living with cancer. People can access support remotely within days if they qualify to use the service.

Our project has supported people to share their stories and what matters to them.
