Join Team Macmillan at one of HYROX’s largest UK events in London. With the Spring event usually taking place in Olympia West London, take on the ultimate fitness challenge with our team of 1,500 athletes competing for Macmillan Cancer Support. In 2023, we raised an incredible £440k, which could provide 1,257 Macmillan Grants (£350) to support people living with cancer with the hidden costs that cancer can bring.
HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm, and we're excited to be their exclusive charity partner! HYROX is a fitness race for Every Body, no matter your fitness level.
HYROX is a fitness race for Every Body, no matter your fitness level. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement. This whole circuit repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.
Functional movements include:
- 1000m SkiErg
- 50m Sled push
- 50m Sled pull
- 80m Burpee broad jumps
- 1000m Rowing
- 200m Farmers carry
- 100m Sandbag lunges
- 75 x Wall balls

How to enter HYROX:London
There are two ways to get yourself signed up:
Get a Macmillan charity place
Take on a solo race and compete in pairs in a double race. We ask for a £62 entry fee and a minimum fundraising pledge of £400 per person (excluding gift aid). When events are live, you’ll find them on HYROX’s website.
Use your own place
If you have your own place in the event, you can register with Macmillan and we'll send you a free Macmillan vest, t-shirt or sports bra. There's no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!
Why should I join Team Macmillan?
As a Team Macmillan participant, you'll receive:

Most importantly we'll provide you with a reason to keep going because you'll know that you're helping improve the lives of people living with cancer. Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.
Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions before signing up. You must be 16 years of age or over on the day of the event in order to take part.
