We can assist with claiming benefits, including Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Housing and Council Tax Benefit, pension credit, tax credit and income support claims. The service can also help you to claim Macmillan grants, community care grants, provide help and advice with fuel costs as well as accessing other relevant services. Our service offers support during illness and following bereavement and can offer representation at tribunal hearings in relation to Social Security benefits.

Any adult and their family can access this service either directly by calling the contact number or via any health professionals involved. We can visit at home, in the community or in the hospital.
