The Macmillan Information and Support service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust offers free, confidential support and information to those affected by cancer. Whether you are living with or beyond cancer, or you are a family member, friend or carer, we are here to support you. Our service offers the opportunity to talk to one of our team one-on-one, about whatever matters the most to you. We offer a range of support both face-to-face, via telephone and online. We run weekly online groups for those affected by cancer. These groups offer a space to connect with others, share experiences, and benefit from peer-to-peer support. Our Macmillan Benefits adviser can also offer patients of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust tailored advice on any questions or concerns you may have in regard to your finances. We can help you to understand what financial support is available to you, as well as supporting you in completing applications for further grants and support. We provide a wide range of literature, available in different formats and languages. Our centre doors are open Monday - Friday. You are welcome to pop in and help yourself to our information booklets. Our Macmillan information specialist is available Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00-18:00, and Thursday 8:00-17:30. The centre is manned by a volunteer on Fridays. Outside of these times, please call and leave us a message, or send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
