Our group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month between 7pm–9pm at The Cornerstone Community Centre, 65 Mill Street, Silverdale, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 6PF. Sometimes we have talks by health professionals, other times we just meet for a chat to help support each other. We hold an anniversary party in March each year (same time and date). In August we have a social event.
