We meet on the 1st Thursday of each month at the The Ark Suite, Cricketfield Road, E5 8NS. We offer a listening ear with trained counsellors, talks from health professionals, light exercise, activity workshops, peer support meetings, fun trips out, arts and craft, and a cup of tea and a chat.
