Several tables and chairs have been set up in a art gallery for an event. The tables are decorated with red table cloths, a candelabra, and place settings for dinner. On the walls hangs different pieces of artwork.

  • How do I get to the venue?

    The event is held at the V&A Museum, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 2RL.

    Underground:

    The closest Tube station to the V&A is South Kensington station. It is served by the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines. From South Kensington station, the museum is just a 5 minutes walk. Follow the underground pedestrian tunnel directly from the station to the museum entrance.

    Bus:

    Several bus routes stop near the V&A. The most convenient routes include:

    Routes 14, 74, 414: These buses stop on Cromwell Road, right outside the museum.

    Routes C1, 430: These buses stop on Exhibition Road, a short walk from the museum.

    Taxi:

    Taxis can drop you off directly at the main entrance of the V&A Museum, located on Cromwell Road. There is a designated drop-off area. 

     

  • Is the event accessible
    The V&A is wheelchair accessible. The main entrance on Cromwell Road has ramped access, and all public areas of the museum are accessible by lifts or ramps. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let us know by emailing themacmillanball@macmillan.org.uk so we can ensure that your needs are accommodated.

    An Emerald Table (£5,500) includes:

    A Ruby Table (£8,250) includes:

    • Access the Ruby Table butlers throughout dinner
    • Champagne on ice throughout the event*

    • Profile within the auction website

    A Diamond Table (£11,000) includes:

    • Prime table position allocated on timing of booking
    • Personal butler service throughout dinner
    • Champagne on ice throughout the event*
    • Sumptuous fine dining
    • Unlimited wines, beer and spirits throughout the evening
    • Full page advertisement in the event programme
    • Profile within the auction website
    • Recognition of support within post event impact report

    *Champagne maybe substituted for a comparable Premium English Sparkling

  • How do I support with a prize donation?
