Join Team Macmillan for the Henley Swim Thames Marathon. This endurance swimming challenge covers a beautiful stretch of the Thames and has become one of open water swimming’s most prestigious marathon swims.
The Thames Half Marathon 5.5km will start above Hurley and the Thames Marathon 13km swim will start in Henley.
How to enter the Henley Swim Thames Marathon
Secure a charity place for the Henley Swim Thames Marathon
Sign up for one of our charity places and help us be there for people living with cancer in the UK. We ask for a minimum fundraising pledge depending on the distance you choose (this excludes gift aid):
- £250 for the 5.5KM option
- £400 for the 13KM option

If you have bought a place in the race already and would like to swim for us, sign up here and we'll get a free Macmillan swimming cap sent to you. There's no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!

Event accessibility
Henley Swim try to make their events as accessible as possible, within the limits of the locations of the swims. If you have any special requirements we suggest that you email enquiries@henleyswim.com and they will see if they are able to accommodate your needs.
