Blood Cancer Awareness Month takes place in September.
There are different types of blood cancer including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
Find out where you can get information and support if you or someone you know is affected by blood cancer.

About blood cancer

We have information about symptoms, diagnosis, tests and treatments for different types of blood cancer.
The most common types are leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
There are 2 main types of lymphoma Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is the 6th most common cancer in the UK.
There are also other blood cancers called myelodysplasia (MDS) myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).

Accessing Macmillan services

- You'll find dedicated online forums for different types of blood cancer as well as different cancer experiences and friends and family.
