Alex has worked in the charity sector since 2012. Before Macmillan, he worked in the digital teams at St Mungo’s, Mencap, and British Heart Foundation. Previously, he honed his writing and editing skills as a journalist over several years and trained at Cardiff Journalism School.
His job at Macmillan is to write and edit content to make it accessible, inclusive, and reflective of Macmillan’s aim to support people living with and affected by cancer. He is passionate about digital inclusion, and the internet being a safe and accessible place for everyone.
In his spare time, he is a keen semi-professional photographer and Parkrunner.
