Macmillan Carer Support Worker, East Sussex Care for the Carers

The service offers support to carers affected by cancer. This can be either the person they care for or the carer themselves. Care for the Carers in East Sussex has experience of these issues and understand how family and carer issues impact on a person's cancer experience. The project aims to ensure families and carers affected by cancer are better supported in East Sussex by providing a range of support made available through all stages of illness. Support is provided by advice and Cancer information, signposting and referrals.
