Ways you can give

All our supporters are unique. However you prefer to give, we have a way that works for you.

Making giving personal

We know giving is hugely personal. Everyone's motivations are different, so we want you to give in the way that’s right for you. And we’ll help you maximise the impact of your support.

By giving to one of our funding priorities, you can choose how your donation is spent based on what’s most important to you.

You can also become a member of our Frontier Funders Club. You'll join a community of likeminded individuals changing cancer care for the better.

And whether you want to make a personal major gift or a regular donation, we'll help make your support reach even further. We can talk to you about tax efficient giving, or about donating to the Macmillan Endowment Fund which provides ongoing funding for our work so we can be there for generations to come.

Making your gift reach even further

Giving tax-effectively

Two colleagues are standing near windows in an office and facing each other whilst talking. The person on the left is wearing a blue jumper and khaki trousers. The person on the right is wearing a green shirt and black trousers. They both are leaning on the window ledge.

Share giving

A person wearing a bright gold hair wrap is smiling. They are also wearing a green, short sleeved top with a name badge and gold hop earrings. A person not fully seen in the photo appears to be speaking to them.

Donating shares is a simple, tax-effective way to support Macmillan. You won't have to pay any capital gains tax on the share you donate and you can claim income tax relief too.

Support one of our funding priorities

A person is resting in a hospital bed. They are laying on their side. Next to them, a nurse is leaning her arms and head on the edge of the bed. They appear to be talking to the patient in the hospital bed.

From supporting people with cancer facing financial hardships to investing in innovations that will drive change in cancer care and support - our funding priorities focus on projects and services that improve cancer care and support now and for the future. We can work with you to give to a funding priority that aligns with your goals.
