HYROX London Autumn 2024

HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm, and we’re excited to be their exclusive charity partner! HYROX is a fitness race for Every Body, no matter your fitness level.

For this event, HYROX are operating a ballot system. You have until 30 May to enter the ballot and select a place with Macmillan Cancer Support for a chance to take on HYROX. If successful, you will be notified via HYROX on the week commencing 3 June 2024. 

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement. This whole circuit repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.

Functional movements include:

1. 1000m SkiErg
2. 50m Sled push
3. 50m Sled pull
4. 80m Burpee broad jumps
5. 1000m Rowing
6. 200m Farmers carry
7. 100m Sandbag lunges
8. 75 x Wall balls

Race Details

As a Team Macmillan participant, you'll receive:

• A free Macmillan technical running t-shirt, vest or sports bra plus iron-on letters to customise your kit.

Most importantly we'll provide you with a reason to keep going because you'll know that you're helping improve the lives of people living with cancer. Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.
