How to enter the Eastbourne Triathlon 

We are delighted to be the official charity partner for this fantastic event, so join Team Macmillan and we’ll support you every step of the way. With multiple triathlon and duathlon distances and swim only events, there is truly something for everyone. There are two ways to get yourself signed up:

Get a Macmillan charity place

Macmillan are offering you a discount of 50% on your registration fee at Eastbourne Triathlon in their range of disciplines, with the below fundraising pledges:

• All swims - £200 fundraising pledge
• All other event disciplines - £350 fundraising pledge

To apply, visit the Eastbourne Triathlon website, select your race, and choose ‘Macmillan entry’ to get your reduced registration fee entry.

Use your own place

Public entry for the Eastbourne Triathlon 2025 is now open at the official race website. If you want to support Macmillan without committing to a minimum fundraising amount, just tick the Macmillan Cancer Support box to let us know you are interested in raising funds. If you already have a place with the event organisers, fill in our Team Macmillan registration form.

There’s no minimum sponsorship, just raise as much as you can!

What distances are there?

Triathlons

• Mixed team relay - Swim 300m, Bike 6km, Run 2km x4
• Super-sprint triathlon - Swim 400m, Bike 9km, Run 2.4km
• Sprint triathlon - Swim 750m, Bike 18.3km, Run 5km
• Sprint triathlon relay - Swim 750m, Bike 18.3km, Run 5km
• Standard triathlon relay - Run 5km, Bike 36.6km, Run 10km
• Standard triathlon - Swim 1500m, Bike 36.6km, Run 10km

Aquathlons and Duathlons

• Sprint aquathlons - Swim 750m, Run 5km
• Standard aquathlons - Swim 1500m, Run 10km
• Sprint duathlon - Run 2.5km, Bike 18.3km, Run 5km
• Standard duathlon - Run 5km, Bike 36.6km, Run 10km

Swims

• 1,500m swim

Donations make up 98% of our annual income so we simply couldn't do what we do without you.
