How to pay in the money you've raised

Thank you for being part of Macmillan Coffee Morning! Donating what you’ve raised is easy. We have different options to pay in online, over the phone, in person or by post.

At the bank

Count up the donations you’ve collected, then take the money and your paying-in (bank giro credit) slip to any branch of Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest or Ulster Bank. The paying-in slip is attached to the letter in your fundraising kit.

Can't find your paying-in (bank giro credit) slips?

You should have received paying-in slips attached to the letter in your fundraising kit. Your slips have a unique number at the bottom which relates to your registration, so it’s important that you use the right one. If you need another slip, you can order one online.

At the Post Office

Count your donations and take the money and a paying-in (bank giro credit) slip to any Post Office branch. You can find your paying-in slips in your Coffee Morning fundraising kit.

You can find a Freepost envelope in your Coffee Morning fundraising kit. Please ensure you include your paying-in slip, or the name and address you registered with, otherwise we will not be able to allocate the money to your Coffee Morning.

Paying in donations from overseas

If you are abroad but have a bank card registered in the UK, you can still pay in online with your card.

If you don’t have a bank card registered in the UK, don’t worry. You can:

Remember to return your Gift Aid form

However you choose to pay in, please send us your completed Gift Aid form using the Freepost envelope in your Coffee Morning kit.

Gift Aid means your fundraising can make an even bigger difference for people living with cancer at no extra cost to you or anyone who has donated.


If you're unable to host

If you weren’t able to host your Coffee Morning or fundraise, you can still make a personal donation to support people living with cancer.
