Salted caramel biscuits recipe

This salted caramel treat is sure to be a crowd pleaser at any Coffee Morning.
Biscuits are displayed across a baking tray. Some of the biscuits have a chocolate coating. Some are plain. There is a white piping bag near the tray.

Ingredients

80g Porridge oats

20g Ground almonds

50ml Maple syrup

3 tbsp Coconut oil, melted


For the caramel filling

125g Medjool dates, pitted

1 ½ tbsp Smooth peanut butter or almond butter

2 tbsp Coconut oil, melted

½ tbsp Almond milk

Generous pinch of salt

150g Dairy-free dark chocolate
